TV is not catching signal. What should I do?

Do autoscan, if TV doesn’t get any channels, open signal meter screen and find the best place to get signal, and do autoscan again. If TV, doesn’t get any channels, check air/cable option. It should be set to air. if Air is already set, refer http://www.antennaweb.org. Some areas need external antenna (optional)

How long does the battery last after fully charged?

Around 2 hours. It depends on setting of volume and brightness

How can I get the max battery life?

Set volume and brightness value low, it will save battery usage.
Turn off main power switch on back, when you don’t watch TV.
Also, set max battery and auto power save on the menu.

What can I do to keep the battery in good condition?

After charging the battery for 30 minutes, disconnect it from TV and keep it under normal temperature. (cool)

How long does it take to charge the battery?

Around 2 hours for both charging while you watch TV or in Stand by mode.
If you don’t use for a long time, battery could be drained fully, it may need to charge for more than 5 hrs.

You can adjust aspect ratio(Menu -> Function -> Aspect ratio) or push OK button for 1~2 second to change
aspect ratio.

Battery won’t charge.

Check that the main power switch is turned on.
Battery could be fully drained, in this case you may need to charge battery for at least 5 hrs. If it still doesn’t
charge call tech support.

Why won’t the TV turn on?

Check to see that the main power switch on back of TV is ON.
Make sure the power cord is plugged in to the wall outlet or car power port securely.
If using a battery, try plugging in the AC adapter to charge it.

Why doesn’t my remote work?

Remove any obstruction from the TV¡¯s sensor.
Use the remote control no more than 19 feet away from your TV.
If the TV sensor´s LED does not flash when a button is
pressed, replace the battery on the remote.

Why am I getting poor or no sound?

Make sure the MUTE function is off and the volume is turned up.
Choose another language on the options menu. The channel might not broadcast in the currently selected
language, so change language selection.
If using headphones, make sure they are properly connected.

Why am I getting intermittent or no signal?

Make sure your antenna is connected and undamaged.
The antenna signal strength may be low. Check the signal meter on the receiver to see
if the signal is strong enough. If not, adjust your antenna system.
If you are using a powered antenna, make sure the power boost is set to full power and amplifier gain is set
to max
Move your TV near a window if you are indoors.
Move your TV away from other appliances that could cause
interference (such as a microwave).

Why do I have a blank blue screen?

The TV is in External Input mode. Make sure your A/V cable
is connected properly
Return to Digital or Analog TV mode.

Why does my digital station have two numbers?

RF numbers are actual locations of the stations on the new digital spectrum.
Digital numbers (the numbers you¡¯re used to) simply allow stations to maintain pre-DTV,
long-established identities while still taking advantage of the new features provided by the digital signal.

How to return?

All purchases are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the product is damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped.
If you receive an item different than what was described in your order confirmation email, or that is clearly in worse condition than indicated, please email them reporting the condition of the item on receipt.
